Built in 1913, the 21,000 square foot building rises above a lot which has seen fire, flood, and folly. From collapsing hotels, to raging flood waters ablaze with fuel, to burning opera houses, to a center for young men... not to mention, Titusville was the center of the 1859 oil boom, it is no wonder this landmark parcel has absorbed so many different energies. Upon entering the building, it is clear all of the joy and tumult this property endured has left a visceral mark.

Bookings, handled by Kindred Spirits Paranormal Team, start at $300 for Friday or Saturday nights.
Your booking fee includes up to ten (10) individuals.
A $30 facility fee will be charged for each person over ten (10) who attend,
up to a maximum of twenty (20.)
Investigations are quickly becoming popular, therefore,
a $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.
